How We Measure Our Collars

All collar sizes are measured from end to end, including the clip.

The clips used on our collars measure approximately 2.5 inches (6.4cm) long, and this is included in the overall collar measurement.

EG: the collar below would be 18"

   

Measuring Your Pet

1. Use a soft tape measure around your pet's neck where the collar would naturally sit.
2. Ensure the tape measure is snug but not tight.
3. Add a little extra room for comfort and movement.

Example: Fig's neck is 16" when measured with a soft tape measure. I make her collars 1 inch bigger (17") to give a bit of extra room. This works well for the majority of unsure customers! 

📏 Important: Our collar measurements include the full length of the collar and hardware. The clip alone measures 2.5", so please take this into account when comparing the collar length to your pet's neck measurement. This helps ensure you select the correct size and avoid ordering a collar that is too small.
