Returns Policy

At Fig & Co Designs, each item is handmade to order with great care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Order Issues & Faulty Items:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will either offer a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges:
As each item is handmade to your specifications, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or colour. Please ensure you double-check all measurements and details before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us — we're always happy to help prior to purchase.

Cancellations:
Because we begin work on your order shortly after it is placed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of ordering. After this time, materials may have already been sourced or production started.

Return Shipping:
If a return is agreed upon due to a fault or error, we will cover return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
